Non-sterile compounding is the traditional practice of preparing specific medication doses for patients in various routes of administration, and it is the most common kind of drug compounding. Despite its non-sterile designation, making customized medications still require strict adherence to legal and professional standards. We take particular care to ensure our active pharmaceutical ingredients are pure and potent sourced from reputable manufacturers. Each preparation is meticulously researched to ensure the final product is mixed, packaged, stored, and labelled appropriately. Work areas are cleaned between each compound for your safety. All preparations are double checked by our pharmacists prior to being shipped to your door.

To ensure your medications are safe and effective, we prepare these products upon receipt of a valid prescription. Some medications will not be compounded if there is a commercially available product, unless the medication is listed on the FDA shortage list. Please note, that compounded medications may not be covered by your insurance. We will notify you as soon as possible to inform you of any potential issues.
